Background

Dedicom integrates its software with the intranets of its corporate customers, allowing employees to order the IT products via the white labelled Dedicom portal. The company’s main service is MPP (“Mitarbeiter PC Programm”), whereby employees lease products for private use out of pre-tax pay.

It recently introduced a secondary offer – COPE (“corporate owned privately enabled”) – whereby employees can upgrade the products they use at work and privately.

Incoming CEO Tobias Wiest is principal of German search fund Seqos 3. Seqos 3 is backed by Seqos Capital, a family office specialised in seeding and supporting aspiring acquisition entrepreneurs in the DACH region with sourcing and transacting.
