Shaun Browne appointed as Non-Executive Chairman of Ethos Partners

Ethos Partners is delighted to welcome Shaun Browne as Non-Executive Chairman of Ethos Partners.

Shaun is co-Head of European Corporate Finance at Houlihan Lokey, the most active Investment Bank for Global M&A transactions in 2023, and Chairman of the firm’s Consumer Group in Europe.

Shaun brings over 35 years of investment banking experience to Ethos Partners, having completed over 200 transactions with an exceptional track record in corporate finance, particularly in M&A and capital raising for the consumer sector and across other industry groups.

Shaun has also been a valued supporter of Ethos since 2017.
